- The setting is beautiful unspoilt rolling hills, which are wonderfully peaceful and yet have many hidden activities such as clay pigeon shooting, quad biking, pony trekking and golf courses- should you wish to create an activity holiday out of your break.
- The bus stop stands at the end of the lane, making access to the surrounding towns and villages easy.
- A nature walk path starts just near the cottage and is a regular place to spy Red Kites and other such glorious birds and wildlife
